I last saw Heather just a few days before she died - I think it was 1987. She came to the theatre where I was working (Edwards El Toro) and we spoke for awhile before and after the movie. Her smile was so bright as we reminisced about playing together on the MV Tennis Association youth teams several years before. I'm not sure if anyone really knows why it happened, but she was a very sweet, kind, beautiful girl, inside and out - and she is missed!
